These stand-alone images, connected in design and theme, were all created through the lithographic printmaking process. In order to explore, in-depth, the concept of emotions and identity, symbolism and intricate detail were used. The intricate linework balances surreal abstraction and logical representation reflecting the complexity of emotions and the sanctuary complete strangers can find in bonding over the experience of feeling them. In these pieces, ink stands out on the page as bold, familiar, direct, and unpredictable.
